Here's my best guess...

1.) the writer is a guy.

She (or he?) uses an apostrophe in "p.i.'s" but doesn't use one in "im," "dont," and "shes."  You can also count "whos," assuming she intended to write "who's," but that would be improper usage, see below.

Run on sentences, no capitalization at the start of sentences.

Wrong matching of verbs with singular/plural.  Examples: "this is no games" should be "this is no game" and "all u young ones whos bouncing around" should be "all you young ones who are bouncing around."  That second example also includes a correction of "you" for "u."  Maybe it's written in text message speak.

Words that are just plain wrong: "there" for "their" and "your" instead of "you're."

Improper gender usage with adjectives.  Yes, there are some gender differences in English.  If indeed it is a female writing this, "blond" should instead be "blonde."  Blond, of course, is the masculine version. Blonde is the feminine version.

Finally, something that has nothing to do with grammar.  Maybe "pineapple" is not a place, but instead a reference to what drinking a lot of pineapple juice does to a person.

She is telling all the "street pimps" to chill out and not hate her for trying to improve the girls lifestyle. She travels from Atlanta to Las Vegas to either New York (confusing pineapple for big apple) or Minneapolis (confusing pineapple for mini apple). She is saying if you are a stable girl to call her, if you like to go where you like without any restrictions (like a employer) then she doesn't want any part of that.

At least that is what I think it says, but then since I do have an education it is hard for me to understand gutterspeak.
