It kinda depends. A proper fitting condom might not be the most stimulating. Also the ring on a standard condom can effect some guy's ability to maintain an erection, even if it is well fit.

 
Personally, FC2 isn't better than the SKYN Large condoms (which someone on these boards turned me on to), which are much thinner and fit me well. Realistically the thinner the better as long as it fits because there is less material in the way of the stimulation.
