This is absolute rubbish - Hot Vegas Touch charges a straight fee for their service and there is NO upsell whatsoever.  

It says very clearly on their website - NO Upsell

I think because vegascrew replied in the thread 10 hours ago.  It seems as though the new TER bumps old threads when a new post is added - which I think is actually a good feature.  Perhaps not in this exact example, but in general it's how a discussion board should work.   It's probably the only thing I like better about the updated TER so far.
