You're right; it defies the scoring guidelines...

...and it's obvious that it depends on who at TER is approving the submitted reviews. There are many reviews that are approved that don't meet the scoring guidelines that have been set and really easy to follow. Some of those with TER that approve performance rating scores will let most anything get by and sometimes we reviewers have to privately try to justify our performance scores in order to give a lady a just score. It sucks that there's no real consistency.

I don't want this to turn into a train wreck thread about true GFE although it very likely will.
It's disturbing that I see many ads for Las Vegas providers who claim that they're GFE when they don't even meet the basic definition. Then there are those who are advertised, perhaps with an agency, as GFE and others as full GFE...WTF?!

The definition in itself is clinical, not emotional. Some lads believe that if they've experienced an emotional tug on the heart strings that they've had a GFE experience. We've all experienced an exceptional bond with a provider but we shouldn't confuse chemistry with GFE.

A provider is only eligible for a 7 unless she offers the additional menu items. There is a list of 5 "extras." Each one is worth one point up to a maximum of 10. So any 3 of the 5 "extras" will allow a girl to get a 10. And CIM and Rimming are not in that list at all. The 5 are: kisses with tongue, bbbj, anal, really bi, or more than 1 guy. So in the example you mentioned, if she does not do anal or bbbj, she can still qualify for a 10 IF she offers DFK, is really bi, and will see more than 1 guy.  

Here's another thing. She only has to offer them (meaning they should be on the profile.) The guy does not have to receive them to give her a 10.

Now if you looked at her profile and still feel she does not qualify, then send in a damn problem report instead of whining on the board!

I think the service rating should be based on the quality of service she is willing to offer

She didn't do anal, she was not Bi and would not see more then 1 guy... But she loved giving one helluva  BBBJ and lovingly slurped down every drop.
 
Therefore... the TER review moderator knocked my 10 to a 9 because she only did DFK and BBBJ out of that 5... which are far more important for my top "100" list going back to that "For Entertainment Purposes Only" rating system subject.
 
Maybe the 10's should not be given unless those "extra point" services are actually performed for the reviewer and not just listed as offered? It would certainly shake some things up for those that care so much about 10/10's and the top 100 list.
 
Not like I care..  Reading the reviews is far more enlightening for me.  
 
If I like what I see, I'm reading the reviews and going from there.  
 
Somebody else's 10/10 might be my 7/7 and vice versa.

I have had reviews rejected because I could only rate a 7 on performance because the girl did not do the exact acts you just cited. Also whoever thinks GFE is tightly defined as uncovered blowjob should Google the definition. I looked at a few different "dictionaries" and none say that GFE is is defined that way..
