What is the best way to contact Miss Avalon, and how far ahead of a possible appointment is the best time???  I have tried the booking page on her website unsuccessfully to this point.  I tried setting something up the last time I visited your fine city, but the response unfortunately came after I was already home here in Canada. I am coming down  in May for 10 nights and would love to get together with Nikki.  Any and all suggestions you may have would be welcomed.

Two booking submissions on her website along with a follow-up email to her, no response.  Never thought the sound of silence could be so painful.
