Good grief, it's Vegas, dude!!  Relax!  If you have a second room key card, fine, hand it to her.  Don't forget to tell her the room number as the key cards are anonymous.   Otherwise, simply leave the bar together and head up to the room.  Nobody will give a shit!

One scenario; all of your coworkers are at the same hotel and you want discretion. Just hand her a key.  
Other scenario; If it doesn't matter if you are seen, then don't worry about it. Walk up together like you're friends who have known each other for years reuniting.
If you have only planned an hour date, don't spend so much of it at the bar. If you have an extended date.. Relax and chat a little.
No one is going to videotape you and send it to a hotel to ask to have it on the marquee, "this man has hired this woman for fun tonight!"

I've done this "many" times and I still get a little bit self-conscious on the march to the elevators but here's what to do.  Pretend you're Carlo Ponti, swaggering up to the room with Sophia on your arm. If that reference is too retro for you, pretend you're Christina Hendricks's little troll of a hubby just heading home with the old lady in tow.  And most importantly, really, nobody gives a shit.
