Cosmo: Is Lanai Suite worth the $$?

I'm setting up a multi-day date for late June.  I was looking at the Cosmo, and saw the big price bump between the wraparound terrace suites and the lanai suites.

I gotta admit, the private terrace with Jacuzzi looks like fun--but I don't know if it's worth the rack rate--especially for an extended stay.

Anyone have any thoughts one way or the other?  Or maybe a hint on how to get a better than rack rate?  Does AARP membership help? :D

Alexa Adams and I booked one not so long ago for a girl's night/photoshoot.  It was wonderful....either use marriott rewards or accrue them during your stay...def worth it now that it's summer too!  Enjoy

The Cosmo is my ATF & yes the suites are priceless.  I never want to leave.  They have everything I want & need it was just built a few years ago.

Cant vouch for the lanai as i haven't tried them but the wraparounds are amazing. You wouldnt go wrong choosing those. Lots of room, great views, amazing bathroom.. If you join their club you will get some deals offered, but may be too late for this time.
