Everyone has to show their room key to get to the elevators.  So how does a lady get past security to come up to my room?

Maybe you could meet her like anywhere else in the hotel!

there are many other hotels in Vegas-that do not have security. The link below is the list that was compiled earlier this year, of which hotels have security or not.

Most providers know which hotels have security, and for the ones that do- your provider of choice will arrange to meet where she feels comfortable! I have keys to almost all the hotels that require, and I'm sure other providers do as well. I understand your concern though, there are providers not comfortable meeting downstairs. I see your attempt in trying to preplan to prevent any issues that could affect your date and time! Stressing is not allowed!

I knew about this from past trips but I just figured all hotels had security at the elevators or you needed a key to open it?  There was a recent thread that showed the place I'm at was a bad one for security but in 3 days I haven't seen them ask anyone for a key and my date came right up no problem.
