Be polite and kindly ask whether it has been received.  Simple as that.  Take the time to briefly introduce yourself and give all the pertinent details regarding when you would like to see her so that she can answer quickly as to whether she is even available.

Have fun!

Sara gave you some great advise for a re-try. If you feel you've waited long enough move on.

....different in many ways than we are accustomed to in business and other areas of the real world.  We have all been frustrated at times.  Some providers are very efficient, respecful and professional in their communication, others are horrible.  Their business isn't always effected by their actions like the same might be in the real world.  Being desired and having a very large customer base gives providers much freedom in choices of all kinds.  IMHO, that's part of why they do it.

Some are worth the communication challenges and some aren't, but we are very fortunate that so many wonderful gals are providers so that we can make choices, too!

Oh, to be a wealthy man!

Exactly what sarah said. Definitely follow up with an email and perhaps even a phone call.  Give it a couple of days and if no response bac then I would move on to the next.

Be sure to check the website for any other info like traveling or something and tours, and take that in consideration.
