I didn't setup an appt. with this person. The comment about chemical stimulants had me worried. Did I do the right thing?

Apparently the comment was modified, so I can only give a speculative opinion.

1) It would be in your best interests to not take on an appointment with someone on chemical stimulants, especially if they're that open about it.  If you've never met the person when he is straight, you certainly have no clue what behavior to expect if he is under the influence.

2) If he was offering you chemical stimulants, or the opportunity to be under the influence of them during your time together, then it sounds like he might want to push the envelope in your service arrangement.  Perhaps he hopes it would cause you to use poor judgement and to not play safe.

3) Last but not least, it could be LE crossing their fingers in hopes of stacking charges with a stronger bust.  Being a paid entertainer or companion is legal, and if they aren't able to prove that you are any more than just that, they've got you with drugs... which is definitely illegal and a little harder to explain.

Yes,
Your right, I did edit the message, I removed the persons first name and the line that I copied from his email asking me to bring chemical stimulants....

You sure did. Anything that causes you to be apprehensive is a reason to be wary because you are the person who is going to be effected by this guy's actions. (You and who ever your responsible for that is.) No one else. Another point to look at it is, if you did go ahead and schedule something how much anxiety(sp) do you suppose would you have before and during the date. Hmmm, seems like that by itself could make for a less than stressfree funfilled time.

You certainly did. It might've been a sting or it might've been someone with a habit. Either way, it's sure to be trouble ou don't need.  If you're not comfortablemaking the appointment, don't -- that goes for providers and clients alike.
