You should just google the phone number and or the email and make sure there is some type of history. Its a gamble there and also not the best place to seek new talent since they have no accountability.

it's what you do with the info in the ad to make sure the escort is legit. You were given good advice by the other posters. Also use google/images and tineye to verify the pictures are real and not some Euro ps or playboy model.
I've used this tactic before as a way to verify that they're not using stolen pictures. If they give you some excuse about their phone not having a camera or they don't have messaging on their plan or they just don't respond, move on.
AND...
You can also ask them if they have reviews anywhere. The legit ones will tell you which site and maybe send you a link.
If they say they're visiting from so-and-so, search for any local hobbyist boards and ask if they know of her.
