I know, I know:  the only stupid question is the one you don't ask.  Well, I'm going to challenge that these three "I can't believe he doesn't know that" questions."

1.  May providers advertise they're spinners.  I could make an educated guess, but I'll just ask.  What's a spinner?

2.  Some provider offer a discount for P411.  What's a P411?

3.  If you can't talk about specifics with a provider prior to an appointment for two-way legal fears, how do you find out a provider is willing to meet your needs.  Here's an example:  Let's say I have a friend who's going to Vegas in a few weeks and wouldlike to find a provider who allows facials.  How does he, in a tactful way as possible find out ahead of time that's on the menu.
