Both male and female of the species are prone to throw good money after bad out of unjustified optimism, hubris or desperation.  I've been there--I remember politely asking a couple of ladies to leave the moment they started that shit but a couple of times I chased the rabbit and the best I got out of it was a medio HJ.  The great things about TER are that not only can those jerks be outed quickly but sometimes you even get to meet new ladies through other well established ladies, M&Gs etc.

One of the many bait and switch LV Agencies (that you won't find on TER such as 100Proof because they'd be blasted) or a BP girl.

No... rarely to never happens and when it does, the agency girls don't have online profiles to reference for a a review. They call it "Bait and Switch" for a reason.
