Agencies are hit and miss. So are sites like Eros and even the Ads board here on TER. That's where you are most likely to find a girl who upsells, i.e. tells you the fee is only to get her to "show up." I could recommend a few girls to you, but I don't know what you like. So, use the search function here on TER and look out for anyone who has clients complaining of upsell, or anything else that might be a red flag or a turn off to you. I'm always precarious of reviews that note that the pics were touched up or way out of date. Also, once you have enjoyed a lady's sweet company, don't be afraid to leave an honest review, good or bad. Don't be too nasty if it was a bad time, just be honest.
I would suggest an Independent provider. Too many scam agencies in Vegas.. Many of us here on TER are reputable and have a flat rate and don't require a show-up fee plus tips. P411 also helps as well but just beware there are some ladies who will require additional screening info even with a P411 acct especially if a new account.

A problem I have is not having a schedule. Its hard for me to set up a time to meet, since Im trying to be discreet about it.
Plus it went from me and one of my friends to a total of 3 of us now.
But I do have a car, so me traveling to an incall would be great. I can get out out of the hotel without the guys knowing.
Thats why I'm leaning towards an agency right now.
