These cards are what they call coupons the agency fee can be from 150-300 just depending on the agency.
The card price is a discount off what the agency fee is so for example there is a 200 agency fee and you get a 49 card you pay 150 fee agency fee.
Most of the times you will not get the girl in the picture because the girl in the picture does not work for the agency the pics are stolen from a porn site etc.On a rare occurence there are agencies who will advertise girls on those cards that indeed do work for the agency or once did years ago and no longer do.
The girl has to get the agency fee first the agency fee covers a strip tease dance only.
Most of the times the guys do not even receive  a dance then here comes the upsell.
The reason for the upsell because the girl receives nothing out of that agency fee.
