I tried to make an appointment with a well known Vegas provider, but couldn't get any response no matter if I sent email, PM or used her website form. I have good TER referrals from other Vegas providers. Does anyone know why this is happening? I had similar experience with her in my last trip. Is it possible she just thought my 2-hour request was not worth her time since she was quite popular? I did see her posting on this board occasionally, but she just didn't respond to me. :-( Can someone help and point out what else I can do to reach her?

DB,

The only thing I can offer is to follow up with an email saying you are very interested in meeting her. If she would be so kind as to let you know what other information or ideas on her availability she would like. Provide her up front with your references and a contact number for you.
If she still doesn't respond my guess is she is booked too far in advance and unable to meet you. Probably nothing against you, just the way it is. If you keep in touch or add a comment on her guestbook that you would like to meet her, maybe your next visit she will have time.

I did email her 2nd time after filling out her web site form in my last trip, but no response. I usually try to book providers far ahead of my trip and also give several time slots for them to choose from. I doubt she was fully booked so far ahead. I had other providers replying not available and suggesting new time and dates, but was frustrated by no response. She has excellent review. I wonder how hard it could be to drop just a few words or simple say no. I may just have to give up trying. It would be a shame we can't connect because of a simple communication issue...

not with the provider you are seeking but using two names in a single thread.

Sorry! I was typing on my phone and forgot to pick the alias. It was an honest mistake. I don't really mind people knowing my id though. If she sees my posting, she should know this is nothing personal. I am just trying to improve my communication skills. :-)

have you ever spoken to this provider one on one? maybe you slipped through the cracks?
something to be considered.
best o luck to ya!! seems like A LOT of nice ladies on the board ready to take her place..jump on the gravy train!!!
they are hot and right in front of you!

If she did this to you in the past and is doing it again then shes not the girl for you. Shes either not interested and not professional enough to tell you shes not or shes flaky or maybe both...

Seriously why do you guys reward the ladies with continued inquiries who are unprofessional by habit?

Im sure shes a knock out whoever she is and you say shes got good reviews but there are a LOT of knock outs in Vegas with good reviews.

rewarding bad behavior.... i dont get that.

Jenny great response, some people dont think the ladies have a choice on who they see, put the ladies should have the decency to at least acknowledge the email

Maybe it's just my definition of knockout, but I don't think we have nearly enough :)

Still, it's difficult to say what the problem was in his situation, since I don't know him from Adam, and he's not identified the lady.  I don't expect him to, at least not publicly, but absent the pertinent info, it's tough to do more than guess.

I don't subscribe to that philosophy in any part of my life and i don't understand why men would put up with it  and reward it in this "hobby"

Though, sometimes common sense is not so common!

There are a few ladies that are hot enough, IMHO, to warrant putting up with some shit for.  Still, as a general rule, I believe in either begging women for sex OR paying women for sex.  I don't beg the ones I pay.

My original point, which you either missed or ignored, was that without knowing who she is and what he tried, it's tough to give good advice on how he should react.

The good advice is to MOVE ON to someone who is responsive and would be happy for his business. "who" she is doesn't matter.

he said he received the same treatment (no response) on his last visit too. that's not a one off, that's a pattern of behavior.

Little Phil, you have been around long time. I am fairly new in this hobby. Do you see this an uncommon problem? I did get quite a few no response from various providers. I usually stop trying if there is no response to my first email, but this provider is one of my favs I would like to see after my research. I was trying to be understanding since she might be  out of town or something both times. I did get out of office mail from some providers though. :-)

And if little phil has volunteered to help out, I would listen to his suggestions. Good luck

Sure, everyone is busy in life, but failure to respond to emails etc associated with a business is unprofessional and rude, not to mention not very wise.

Find someone who is excited to see you and appreciates you and your hard earned moolah!
Just my opinion, of course!

your email goes to the spam folder and she is not able to see it

What about the PM and web form then? The only thing I didn't do was call, but I didn't think it was necessary since she had my number and could call if she wanted. I will probably get voice mail anyway. I never liked leaving a message on a providers phone. It is not any better than email.

Ordinarily I would say cut your losses and move on, but you have invested some time and apparently REALLY want to see this woman.

How about taking a "three strikes and you're out" policy?  Maybe drop her an email saying you're sorry that you missed her on your last two trips, but that you would still like to see her on your next trip.  Point out your solid TER references, and ask the she please reply to you, either by phone or by email.  Maybe even mention that you're a little discouraged (discouraged, not pissed off!) that you haven't heard back from her, but you understand that things come up that may have prevented her from responding (even though we all know that's b.s.!  My current fav is SWAMPED and in very high demand, but she always replies to me right away)

If she ignores you this time, I'm sorry, my friend, but it ain't gonna happen, and you need to find someone else who appreciates your efforts & see her.

Besides, a lack of courtesy in replying to your communications implies to me that her service may not be all that it's cracked up to be.

I have had that happen to me with two providers, one I tried 3 times and have given up.  What I usually do is wait about 2 days after I send the Email (I figure 2 days is enough time to respond), then If I don't hear from them then I move on to the next one and so on.  Also I think there is quite a few knockouts on the board (imho)

You would that in this economy ladies would not turn down business by not responding.
