It's been a couple years now since Tasha's infamous Hotel Security List has been updated.  The following was posted on the board here back in December 2010.  Obviously, things change; so if anyone has legitimate current info, please post it here and I'll see if I can put together a 2013 version.

First please change the spelling of Ceasars to Caesars

The Planet Hollywood tower is now called Elara. (Elara. Hilton Grand Vacations Club).
You cant even get to the elevators without placing your key card in a slot, where at least one security guard is on duty 24/7.

Bills is now closed for around a year.
No security during week days. But security by the two elevators over the weekend.

Cosmo.
Only saw a provider in the afternoon, when there was no security.
But dont know about evenings and weekends. I would expect there is though.

El Cortez Cabana suites, Downtown.
Cant get in the building without a room key card.

Sahara closed at this time. But could open later this year.

Imperial Palace now named Quad.

I spend a few days at the Cosmopolitan with a client over Super Bowl weekend in their penthouse suites.  Beautiful property
No security at the elevators, but you need a room key to activate the elevator floor buttons.
Just step on with someone who has a key and push your floor right after they scan....

I went here once. No security at the elevators, but when I parked in self parking the security asked me who I was visiting, what room, name, etc. He was very rude also.

I've seen several providers at Harrahs and every time I am asked to come down to meet them as they are afraid of security.  I finally realize why lol. Harrah's does not have any type of security weekdays or weekends.  One of the easiest places for providers to get in and out without a hassle.  Also no key cards are required for elevators.  I've stayed weeks at a time at Harrah's for poker as it's near the Venetian where I play and have never seen a security guard by an elevator day or night.  Hope this helps for future rendezvous.

There doesn't appear to be security at the Cosmo...HOWEVER...you DO need a key to access the floor in which you are going to!!  At least when I stayed there I had to enter my key into the slot select my floor and remove it.

Back in the day at Harrah's if you were visiting a guest in the evening there used to be security at the elevators.
Not only were they checking for keys but they would ask for the visitor's drivers license and write something down on a clipboard. They did away with that a long time ago but maybe some of the ladies thought it was still like that. Now there is no security.

The new Nobu Hotel is a renovated Tower inside Caesars Palace ....

I had the pleasure of staying there opening weekend and the elevators are operated by THUMBPRINT!!!

It feels very Top-Secret in a James Bond type of way but there's no way around it and the "lobby" is a 10 by 20 foot enclosure so not much privacy there even if you are "escorting" (lol) a girl upstairs!!

I've stayed at Aria 4 times in the last 2 years...elevator security (just flash a key) seems to be 24/7.

Thanks for the update Des, here are a couple more:

Vdara now has 24 hour security as well as Aria.  Just show a room key.  They don't care who you bring with you.  At the Vdara a couple of them might even give you a high five.  :)

Mandarin Oriental- No security so to speak but you cannot access any floor other than the 23rd floor without a key card. You will have to meet your date on the 23rd floor and take her down to your room.

It is like Ft Knox trying to get in an elevator at Aria, even for a 10am date. You will have to meet your date in the casino or on the 2nd floor.

During the day you can pass security at the Vdara by telling them you are going to the spa. This will not work in the evening.

There is no security at any of the Planet Hollywood towers. There is however 24/7 security that needs to see a key at the Elara, which is a completely different hotel than Planet Hollywood. They are on opposite sides of Miracle Mile Shops.

I just stayed at the Hard Rock back in January, no security at the Casino Tower, which is where I stayed in. FWIW, I stayed in the Paradise Tower last January, no security there either nor did I see any when I was walking around there during my recent stay.

I'll be staying at the MGM when I come to Vegas the last week of March. Never stayed there before. Does the above mean there are other elevators that do have security?

I stay at Bellagio.  As a hobbyist, I've never been bothered by their security.  It seems to me if you and your provider act "normally" (whatever that means) they leave you alone and turn a blind eye.  Some of the girls I've been with have said that they personally get hassled by security at times - but I can't speak to that.
