To me, a neighborhood is comprised of streets lined with single family homes. The people that live in those houses generally like to maintain an environment as close to Leave It To Beaver as possible. One house of debauchery draws attention. Apartment complexes are another matter. As long as loud mouthed, drunk assholes don't show up, these places should be OK. Unfortunately, they probably make up half the customer base.
