END OF MESSAGE

I am considering a 3 night stay in May.  I will be doing some in room entertaining and my primary concern is that the atmosphere and décor not detract from the experience…actually maybe even add to it.

Any help is much appreciated.

... it really doesn't.

Any provider that you choose is there to show YOU a great time, not to grade the quality/decor that you have chosen.

Here a few of my favorite rooms with nice decor:

Venetian -- All rooms are basically suites so you can't go wrong here.

The Hotel -- These are suites where the living room is seperate from the bedroom so you can entertain in one room without having the bed staring at everyone.

The Aria -- Nice but rather small rooms and very modern.  However, when I stayed the Internet was down for the entire Hotel so I think they are still having some growing pains.

Anyway,

Good Luck!

The Resort Vista rooms and some other suites have nice views out over the Bellagio fountains. $20 to the checkin clerk might get you a nicer room (it has for me in the past).

The walls are not particularly thick. I'm also not a big fan of their pool (below average for the Strip IMO). The gambling is so-so with Harrah's involved. It's got a nice position on the Strip, and the room decor's fine.

What is your budget for the hotel portion of your trip?

care about ambience.  The surroundings can help create the mood you wish to achieve.  Who wants to try to have the experience of a lifetime in a dump?

That being said, Planet Hollywood's newly revamped rooms are quite nice.

The other choices given are great too!

Good for you for asking and for caring...

Have fun!
