It's behind the Sahara on an 11 acre lot ... your allowed to test drive GM cars off road and on a "high" performance oval? opened 4/10

Is this "open to the public" or invite only... I been involved in several such programs through GM but you needed an invite. They are not hard to get, but you still needed one. If it is just an open deal, the problem has been , especially there, they would need a breathalyzer. Otherwise it turns into a Demo-Derby drive and their liability would be off the cahrts.

Went there today. Yes there was a breathalyzer. If you've never driven on a track it might be interesting, but I was not impressed. for the cost of a hand of blackjack and it lasts about as long.

Can you drive any good cars?  Or just GM?  hahaha

My casino host took me to experience the Mario Andretti racing school.  That was awesome! Average speed 148mph.  Top speed 160.  Total of 8 laps.

Now that I aw your link post... don't waste your time or ten bucks... YES you get to drive "certain" cars at some speed but they have a rider with you and you really can't push it... If you do the HUMMER its a joke on a controlled hill climb with a test person along with you and you just CRAWL" along... IF you ARE into the speed thing, spending some bucks for the Adretti/Gordon ecperianece is the way to go. PM me for further details.. I have done them at Vegas and Phoenix but you need to pick and choose what you want/need/desire and can handle.

If you want the speed and the thrill go out to lvms and do the andretti or petty experience. cost alot more but worth it.did them both myself .even though with them rebuilding the track for nascar may not be available for some time at lvms.

The real fun when you have to learn to to more than four times and not in the same direction. Spring Mountain in Pahrump is a great driving school and awesome road course.

I will now. Las Vegas is the king of making the abnormal, normal. I also love how this board covers many topics.

my time ... I've done the RPDE, I got the stock car up to 128 before I was waved off and yellow flaged ... so I misunderstood them when they said stay four car lengths behind the pro driver and not 4 feet ..lol.. I like the Derek Daly class over the Mario they atually teach you how to drive a formula 5 speed .....
