I thought as a way for us to all get to know one another a little better, it would be fun for those of us that would like to list something about ourselves that only a select few people know.

Let's all try to participate in this thread. Should learn some interesting things!

I'll start it off.

I am a 2nd degree blackbelt (Very soon to be 3rd degree). I just don't ever mention it. Don't want to sound too intimidating!

But I guess now the cat is out the bag.

I have had the honor of meeting 5 US Presidents, DDE, LBJ, Nixon twice, Carter and Clinton!

I recently started watching The Gilmore Girls in syndication and damn if I ain't totally hooked.

I'm pretty sure the "girl" who jerked me off at Jet last month was a transexual (no proof, just a feeling afterwards).

It's been a while, but whenever I watch Frosty The Snowman, and little Karen cries because Frosty melts... even though I know santa is going to come along any moment and assure her that Frosty is made of magic x-mas snow and will come back to life at the very 1st kiss of winter's winder... I get a little faklempt. Actually, seeing any girl cry, animated or not, always hits home with me.

I get into several strip clubs around town for free (drink for free too). As a result, I go pretty often. More so than most of my friends probably know.

It's been a year, and I still have friends back in NYC who don't know I live here now.

I feel cleansed now

A lot of people know in my civvie world, family and old friends, that I'm an artist. I can take pen or pencil to paper, and well, you know...

.....in my life I've felt some degree of "the calling" and that my purpose was to be a Minister.  But, haven't found a convincing religion that has over powered, or endorsed, my love for the female form, sex and variety.

Hmmm in my "real life" very few people know that I'm into kinky sex.  At one time I was planning on being a lawyer.

Okay some real stuff then. I envisioned myself as a pro football player. Instead I received a life saving award at half time at the fifty yard line in crutches and full leg cast at half-time at a Michigan State vs Michigan football game, with the crowd cheering on. That was better than being a pro even if it only lasted 5 minutes. 87,000 cheering fans dayum. lol

As a younger pup, I earned two purple hearts and a bronze star serving as a Marine in Viet Nam. Came home on a stretcher and was spat on. Got to love this country. lmfao

Those were the highs and lows. Rather uneventful and boring life beyond that as an engineer.

My passion in life is Drum & Bugle corps.
Was involved for 20 years and marched with the national champions.

I been slow on the uptake of getting a date with you.

I do not want to get my ass kicked by a provider. lmao

Ok here's  another one.  When I was a kid I was in 4-H, the thing we did was cooking.  I won all sorts of ribbons at the State Fair for the Goodies I made.  I won the purple ribbon at least once.

I have a degree from a top ten university and used to want to teach in the inner city or at a charter school.  I had hoped to teach underpriveleged students.

I was a Nanny for an extremely wealthy, high profile family for 7 years.  They had 2 nannies, a butler, 2 housekeepers, a gardener, a cook, and a laundress. It was both emotionally and financially rewarding.

I think I have OCD.....I cannot stand to wear panties and bras that don't match, and the set has to coordinate with whatever I am wearing for outer wear

....I will not even to the gym with mixed matched bra and panty sets....It drive me INSANE.

Recovered a fumble in the Michigan-Ohio State game in the mid-70's, at a time when Michigan still beat OSU once in awhile.

I once had my picture on the front page of the Ogden (Utah) Standard-Examiner newspaper.

almost became a nun.

I am mentioned in the acknowledgements of a book by a famous "hacker".

I am oddly attracted to women that can kick my ass...so 2nd degree black-belt you say? *smile*

Yup, I've been accused of the OCD thing myself.  I think they're crazy, and can show then using 27 distinct pieces of evidence (in order) to prove it.

For the record, I've never worn unmatched panties & bra either.  Thankfully, since losing some weight my man boobs are small enough to not really need the support.

Any more you need to know???

Umm, not many people know that I've used more condoms in the past 3 years than in the previous 55 years.  Heh-heh.

(mumbling) i could have gone the rest of my life without that mental image burned into my brain.

I modeled for all the JC Penneys and Sears catalogs for many years along with dancewear catalogs too.

I sang the theme song for the movie Benji for all the local Dallas radio spots when I was a kid.

I camped out outside St. Paul's cathedral in London from noon the day before the Royal wedding of Charles and Diana and was just 30 ft away from the front of the church.  I have personal video of all the celebrities and royals milling about along with the arrivals and departures.  Of course we let my kid brother narrate and it sounds like Mickey mouse is doing the talking.  lol My picture is in many of the shots taken that are now in books although only I would know it's me being one of so many people in the shot.

Hmm and my favorite one..I interviewed Jon Bonjovi on the radio for a 20 minute interview for the radio station where my sister was a morning show personality.  Was the single coolest thing because as I am sure everyone here knows I am a HUGE fan.

OK that's it. Don't everyone laugh too hard all at once now.

Last time I was in Vegas I split 6's at blackjack;; turned one losing hand into 2.  Must have been thinking of someone...........

at a campaign fundraising event when he was running for senator of Illinois, talked to his wife mostly and adore her. A Republican senator told me then that Obama wold be president.

I don't know what they call the condition, besides broke and old, but I only 'Hobby' when I come out to Vegas about 3 times a year. It's a dry spell in between.
The real problem with it is that I run out of funds before I go thru my list of ladies...although by the time I get to that point everything is pretty much worn down to a nubbin'.
Unrelated...I grew up in an English as a second language household...and I don't habla either.

This is something that noone in my hobby life knows - I have been interviewed on ESPN several times.

I went to look up a post from 2007 that I'd done titled "Ten Things You May Not Know About Me."

I know you asked for one thing.  I thought I'd just copy/past 9 of the 10.  (The tenth could be construed as advertising.)

• My past work includes having been a retail associate, a waitress, a radio station board operator, a home health-care aide, a hospital admin assistant, a corporate accountant, and more.

• I’ve studied Spanish, Russian and Japanese.  (Use it or lose it!) It’s all gone, though I dream of immersion vacations to reclaim it.

• I went to three different proms.  One with a gay friend, one with a friend who’d been cancelled on last minute, and my own with my boyfriend de’ jour.  At least two of the three have left this earth, I don't know about the other.

• My role is that of “The Crazy Aunt” I've never desired my own children.

• For a year and a half I traveled the states going to Grateful Dead shows and Rainbow gatherings.  I supported these travels by making clothing and jewelry, doing hair wraps, and selling "Kind veggie burritos" and granola sundaes.

• I’ve pictures of me wielding sledge hammers and chainsaws, demolition is one of my favorite stress relievers!

• I invest no less than $12k and six weeks each year towards my continued studies of sexual, bodywork and somatic healing modalities.  2010 that is doubled.

• I’m a left-handed Virgo, year of the Ox… with a chimpanzee for a power animal.

• I once had a three-hour orgasm.  Please don’t think you can recreate this!

One of my finest memories...as an entertainer, I performed in Palm Springs with Frank Sinatra and Willie Nelson, in a celebrity benefit for Barbara Sinatra's Children's Hospital at the Desert Springs Marriot. Afterwards wnet to Sinatra's house where he told me two things. "H..., we're the entertainers of the world, we make people happy." and..."H..., if anyone ever fucks with you, you let me know!" He died two years later and I never got to take him up on his offer.
