I noticed that the annual AVN Expo is a bit later in January than usual, the 18th - 21st.  It's also not concurrent with CES, which is the prior week.  

You may now return to your regularly scheduled debauchery.  

Are PSEs who provide during AVN the same rate as when in they provide in LA, at a premium rate, or otherwise?

Sucks that they split up CES and AVN.  I have to choose one or the other and it will have to be CES.  AVN has been progressively getting smaller though.  Hope there'll still be some good parties during CES week
