Where to look at the Hardrock?

I just wanted some advice.  I just arrived at the hardrock.  Where/when should I look?  

Too bad many of the guests aren't what their "costumes" make them appear to be!

Oh, that

You can find someone at most of the nicer properties, but you won't know what you'll end up with until it happens.  There are better ways.
