Flamingo and Harrah's and slightly off the strip Rio. Because your options are limited many of us know how to get to your room discreetly without a gent having to accompany us. Have a great time here.
Flamingo doesn't require a key ...check out my reviews and get a hold of me!

Thank you all for suggestions . I just wanted to check one more query, since my org is booking my stay in one of the following suites (and not Flamingo) . They generally book top tier 5 star hotels only as listed below.
1. Venetian or Palazzo 2. Cosmopolitan 3.Bellagio 4.ARIA 5. Paris Paris 6. Casears
I am having query as to which of the above should I try to avoid if I am going to invite provider in late afternoon or late night ? What I want to know is which of the above lobbies have very strict security (so as we cannot pass key) or minimum discreteness . Any other top tier hotels suggestions are welcome as well (where I can pass on key or have discreteness)
I’ve played in everyone of those places but Paris. No one gives a shit. Flash them a card and go up. All these places you can meet and give the girl a key. (By a slot machine for example) If the girl is 86’d from the hotel that might be a different matter. I’ve had girls tell me they can’t go to a place I was staying.
I agree with the list except for Paris. I stayed there for a convention last fall. It's crowded, smoky, has a confusing floorplan, and the crowds were not the best people. I was jostled every time I walked through the place, and I'm a really large man. I wouldn't go back if it was free. As to the elevators, I didn't have a lady visit me there, but I don't recall anyone checking for my room key to get to the elevators. . My preference was always Venetian/Palazzo. Wynn and Bellagio are outstanding, and the City Center hotels (Cosmo and Aria) are pretty nice too. Caesars is ok, but wouldn't be my first choice.
