With all the vice activity and the high visibility stings (Cheetah's in Vegas and San Diego plus Jaguar's in Vegas, dubbed G-sting), you might have problems getting extras inside the club outside of sly hand or a quick lick. You'd have better luck making the occasional sly proposition to see a dancer outside the club. Given the amount of money these dancers make each shift, I don't think any of them would readily jeapordize their job for a slightly larger tip (getting busted by vice usually means a few months off from any dancing in Vegas).
Of course, factors like time of day (some clubs are open 24 hours a day, all year long unless LE shuts them down) and dancer's immediate financial needs (rent due, bills due, etc.) might factor into the likelyhood of getting extras. You're less likely to get extras in a nude club vs a topless club.
I was recently in OG and getting really great high contact dances from a lady. During one of the breaks between dances I was kissing her on the neck & we got tapped on the shoulder by the floor supervisor. He warned the dancer about kissing (either giving or receiving).
So, when he wasn't looking she was rubbing me in the right places but we were scolded for kissing. Go figure!
