OK, to be fair to Summer, those insane minimum bungalow rates are out of her control and I'm sure she can be had for much less in her room. Less than 400/hr? I seriously doubt it. Much better values in the indie market around 400/hr, imho.
Helps to do your own research and do a VIP search on the Las Vegas database. While there are some good 20-25 year old total GFE providers, they tend to charge over your limit.
So the best value might be to save your cash for the hometown honnies or pay the Vegas premium for what you want.
