of the ladies will work with you even if you don't have references.  I would say contact the ladies that you are interested in and see what they need.  There are as well some places like  411 I think that will get you set up to be verified.

Although I like references, they are not necessary. Usually I can glean the required information to confirm your identity by you filling out the screening form on my site as long as you are not using a burner phone number and a brand new email address.  
Each lady has her own requirements but for me I just need to make sure I have a positive ID check. There are lots of ways to do this and I cater my screening to each individual. Sometimes I take a deposit, sometimes i send a code word to their work email from a innocent looking email address. There are so many different ways that i cannot list them all here.  
I just explain to the newbie that the first time takes a little more effort and after that they can use me as a reference and will not have to go through the hoops again.  
My advice to you is to find the lady that interests you and tell her that you are new. She will help you with the screening that she needs to feel comfortable.
