Daniella,

Sorry to shout (and nothing personal here), but I'm trying to educate ladies such as yourself as to how misabbreviation of the word "independent" messes up things for guys doing message searches for Indianapolis-based escorts. Even though this is a Las Vegas and Nevada board, some true "Indy(-based) indies" do occasionally visit Sin City. So I ask that you please help me spread the word to other independent escorts nationwide as to the proper shorthand for that term and the big difference this all-to-common misspelling can make in one this particular instance.

Thanks for your understanding and here's hoping you have a successful visit to Las Vegas!

Best regards,
Speed Racer

Hi Speed Racer,

Thank you I will make a point to do that in the future. I didn't think that through properly or notice others' spelling of it on the boards. Appreciate the tip. And apologies for any inconvenience my newbie slips might cause.

Daniella,

You're not alone in falling into this trap. Normally I don't get picky on grammar and spelling here on the Net, becuause the poster's intention is usually clear. But when people use the wrong abbreviation in this particular case, it causes the searching problem (one that many may not realize at first - especially if they're not from Indy or don't travel here). Plus, such bad habits tend to proliferate - one person sees it and then repeats the same incorrect usage when they're composing their own posts - not realizing the problem. So it's a never-ending battle to inform and educate.

Again, thanks for your understanding and best wishes for a successful and fun visit to Las Vegas!

Best regards,
Speed Racer
