I've had no problems what so ever with having providers coming to my home. The only way it could be a problem is if you're married and/or have children living with you 
One thing to keep in mind. If she's coming to your home, she'll need directions. And it's been my experience that women (be they providers or not) always want directions in terms of "right or left" as opposed to "north, south, east or west." I don't like to give directions in terms of "right or left" because whether you go right or left depends on which direction the person is facing. (As opposed to north, south, east, or west which is absolute relative to the earth.) But since women want it that way, I'll do it.
On more than one occasion, a provider has gotten lost on her way to my place because of becoming confused with the whole "right or left" relative to which way she's facing issue. It's a good thing cell phones have been invented! Maybe I should just give my GPS coordinates.
