They don't all require references.  Make a longer list than you normally would need to, and explain the issue.  Somebody will step up.

I remember my first time troubles too. Give the provider as much time and information as you can to make it as easy as possible for her to verify you, and you should be ok.

I am sure that a creative and motivated provider will find a way.  There are plenty of girls to choose from, so keep looking, somebody will make the effort.

provide some employment information. If your company has a website that mentions your name or just a photo to verify that you work there or anything of the sort...just to prove you are not LE...
