I am heading to LV next week and have set up some time with the beautiful ladies I found by using TER.  My question is for both experienced men and the ladies.  What type of hat,cover, rain coat is the best?  What about ribbed, studded, tight, loose, lubed, dry and the list goes on.  I don't want to seem like a moron but since this is my first time I don't want to spoil any thing or seem stupid in front of a beautiful woman.  I would like to hear from both sides of this equation.

Usually the lady will bring or have her own depending on whether you're hosting or she is. Each lady will have her own preference. It is a good idea to bring or have your own for back-up just in case. A small bottle of lube and a pack of lubed/ribbed trojans works for me.

Personally, I like Durex ultra sensitive.  Though I do have an interest in trying the female condoms...
You probably want to avoid the ones with spermacide.  I have seen several ladies that mentioned they are allergic, and if she does CBJ I doubt they taste the best.
While it is probably a good idea to have some "just in case" spares with you, pretty much any of the ladies you find here will have already taken care of it, and they might very well have a preference.
On the other hand, if you pick a girl up in the bar and she suddenly discovers she is out of condoms and offers to run down to the gift shop to get some, make sure she leaves the money behind...
