Looking at her photos (assuming they are real), I can see why you want to meet her.

As far as her web site, web sites go down all the time. It could be for a reason outside of her control, such as a technical problem, or perhaps she forgot to pay this month's bill.  I would keep trying the site. I'm sure it will be back at some point.

As far as email, if she does not answer in a timely fashion and does not provide any other way to reach here, she won't last long in the business anyway.  To be fair, if her web site is having technical problems, it could also affect her ability to get/send email.
