and although we planned a few things out in advance we still have some openings.  Any "must dos" (no, I'm not talking about women here for once --- we got that figured out)?  Awesome shows, nightlife, anything ...

My favorite activity is usually centered around getting as drunk in public as possible and catching the last volcano show at the mirage, and usually feeding some dead presidents to the wheel of fortune machine.

 
Personally, all the catered vegas stuff is pretty played out. You have to make your own fun.

The zip line downtown Fremont is fun!  An elevator ride to the top of the Eiffel Tower has an awesome view but more with a lady than a friend I'm assuming one my other favorite things here to do is the indoor skydiving.  

P.s. The Linq ride (high roller) is overrated in case that was something you really wanted to do. You can get the same view for free.

Just to hang out and chill with a beer or two and let the chips fall where they may.

... but these are just my personal favorites I have seen on multiple occasions when friends come to town. So many excellent selections of shows to choose from, between the Strip and Downtown Fremont Street anything and everything from mild to wild to downright back to nature.... which if that's your flavor,  I recommend Red Rock, Valley of Fire, and/or Mt Charleston.

Whatever your interests, you will find something to your liking.

if your into boating at all. Rental boats are available and it's the largest man made lake in the US. It's were I keep my boat.

For the old-timers, Journey is in town at the Hard Rock and they did not disappoint either!

Has there ever been a worse slot machine ever than Wheel of Fortune ? When you do finally get  to "spin the wheel", it never fails to slow down and tease you with the 1000 and stop on the 20. I get nauseous just HEARING "Wheel of Fortune " when I walk into a casino.
I'd rather have Lorena tease me. Pretty close to same price. Looking back I wish I'd spent all the money I've wasted on slot machine on some of Vegas ' finest. I'd have better memories of sin city.
