I have also been reading a lot about this. I guess I am lucky because for about ten years now I have ran into this happening only a couple of times. I had it happen once from a very well known lady that I had seen many times. She called and was truly sorry and offered to help me find someone else if I needed a quick reference. I was disappointed that I didn't get to see her but I was also understanding that shit happens. On my next trip out the following year I contacted her. She reminded me that she canceled on the last trip and promised to make it up and she did. I had another well reviewed lady cancel a couple of years ago who I had never met. Again I was disappointed but not pissed off. She was nice enough to give me a heads up enough time in advance where I found a replacement. And then I had another well known provider who I saw but only after several texts and three hours late. Anyway in ten years those are my troubles so I say not bad. On the flip side I have had to cancel a couple of times. Once do to a flight issue where I was stranded over night. And another time do to illness. So it does go both ways. I guess I have been lucky. I guess one thing that I have going for me is I rarely see different ladies anymore. I have found several that I like and know and have a wonderful time with. Their rates are also in my opinion below average especially for the service they provide. I am planning on being in Vegas in about five weeks and have yet to make any arrangements. I typically have everything planned out by now. But I have this desire to try something new and different. I mean I love a good steak but I don't always want one from the same restaurant. Sometimes trying something new is good too. So I am considering meeting some new people on this trip. I hope it doesn't back fire. I have been doing my research and trying to narrow things down. It is hard which brings me to another topic. After reading many reviews I notice a lot of reviewers mention that it is hard to find a good provider in Vegas. Again, I must be lucky because I disagree. I think there are many great ladies in Vegas and finding one is not that difficult. I am unsure where these guys are looking but we must be looking in different places. If finding great ladies was tough I would not be spending that much time visiting. There is a reason I return to Vegas and it isn't because of the Casinos. Its the great women of Vegas that keep me coming back.

For those of you wondering, I'm not talking backpage girls, I'm not talking the inexpensive 1/2 hour ladies and I'm not talking newbie, unreviewed ladies. I am however talking about those young high-end ladies that you will find taking over the top 100 list.
It seems that car trouble leads the way in excuses second only to a sick or deceased family member.
Now I'm not going to place blame on " all " the high-end, young ladies that seem to run into this ongoing scheduling conflict .... after all life does happen..... but in the course of five days when two of the five previously scheduled and set in stone ladies cancel without a word it makes you wonder what got in the way ?
Could it be that during this busy convention season a working girl can pick and choose the best offer that might come along and therefore disregard the previously scheduled others ?
Maybe it has something to do with just how busy a working girl actually wants or needs to be. Is a two hour session with an old, out of shape, bald guy at 1k more than enough for one day ? I mean how much money is worth the torture ?
Finally, Im sure that there are those hobbyists who have done the same by canceling last minute or no-showing.... don't forget ladies, life happens to us as well..... but it seems that the numbers don't add up, there are countless threads written below concerning this ongoing problem.
I hope that as convention season begins to wind down we see a more respectful attitude on both sides moving forward.

Your mention of a hobbyist review and not being able to find a good provider in Vegas...... It's total bullshit.
If you look to see the ladies that those individuals might be reviewing you'll find that they are usually the 80. a half hour Backpage variety or casino girls.
Anyone who does their homework and books the legitimate reviewed Vegas lady will not have a problem....... that is unless they no-show the appointment which is beyond our control.

I have never flaked or no showed on anyone. It is important to me to make people happy because I so enjoy doing what I do. If I am running 10 late minutes late I will let my client know that. Sometimes we get busy and are juggling a schedule. For me, I do my best to see who I can. But I don't cancel out on one to see another. I guess the young girls haven't learned that yet of what is really important here. I guess that goes the same way with some clients who book a few girls at the same time and at last minute decide who they want to see, leaving the others with no appointments at all. I know that happens often. Even with a little bit of notice of cancellation, a girl could be left without an appointment and it will be too late to make another with someone else, as she blocked off time for that one person and the ones she said no to, because she wasn't available, now have appointments with someone else...
Yes it's challenging on both sides. It would be nice if everyone was honest and had consideration for others and their time.

Like you said it is bad when it happens on either side of the coin.
I have never NCNS anyone that is just poor taste in my opinion.
In this day and age of technology a quick message to cancel instead of just not showing should be the norm for both side.Life does get in the way at times but...I know wishful thinking.
Edited to add...seems to be alot of flu/food poisoning going around lately or at least the excuse being used it is funny how it clears up in enough time to see another lady while another's time is wasted.
However I have had to cancel with a couple of gents when family came to town unexpected and decided to stay with me.I try to make up for it with the gent if he decides to give me another chance because I know how it is to have plans go awry same day.
I don't know what has been going on lately it seems some(not all)gents are double booking and cancelling last minute and it seems maybe some ladies are doing it as well.
Hopefully the posts regarding cancellations or ncns will diminish as I am sure no one wants their time wasted.

100% it goes both ways.
The issue is.. Both ladies and guys keep giving so many people the benefit of the doubt..
A guy can be a notorious canceller and a lady will book because she needs the money and hopes that she will be different.
A lady can be notoriously late, but the guy thinks with his little head then complains when she is 40 minutes late.
What can ya do?
I'm not a volume guy so take it for what it's worth but think I've seen 6 providers in Vegas now if my math is correct. I used to schedule a couple months out with my provider of choice and 2 of those 4 times it didn't work out. Anymore, I try to schedule a week or 2 max in advance as schedules seem to change. The 2 times they didn't show, they didn't respond to text or email. I'd rather have a car trouble story than anything (providers sure seem to have a lot of car troubles!). No response at all is just bad business, leaving me or anyone else wondering if it will still work out and don't want to schedule another only to have your first choice end up working out.
But that's the world we participate in, take the good with the bad. But agree, I would have to assume some get better offers or regulars and take that before some random new guy.
There is a gent who has food poisoning. 
You know that site "texts from last night?" We could create one, "excuses for last minute cancelations."
Names and numbers to protect the guilty, of course.

The 'food poisoning' thing goes both ways too. There was a moderately popular lady who dropped out of sight 2-3 years ago that cancelled on me twice out of the 5 times I made an appointment with her. Both times it was 'bad sushi'. But she was so good, I let it go both times and did see her again.

Sorry we missed you at the party.
LOL... pretty much everything in sight. Couple of bottles of wine at dinner, stopped by my favorite local joint for more drinks / shots with my good friend bartender and then stopped by the store on my way home for more. Can't believe I actually typed that out coherently. Especially when waking up and having an empty bottle of vodka next to my computer.
Think I'm going to check into Malibu Passages.... just need a lovely lady to come along with me for the month. Looks like a cool place..
Yep... very sorry I couldn't make the party but I came down with some nasty flu / cold that I caught from other people that came into town I was hanging with. Wasn't feeling good and certainly didn't want to pass it around. Was looking VERY forward to it with some new talent that was going to be there that I VERY MUCH wanted to meet in person. Certainly will make it next time around..

But they wanted to see me at a different time than originally planned. Both women wanted to see me earlier than proposed, so no big deal. However, I wish there was a great concert every week like Jack White on Wednesday, or the Bryan Ferry show in May of last year. I see a great show and I only spend about $100 and I have a great time.
Just post a no show review , as it should be so then we all known. Yes it might work both way , but here is a place for provider review , provider can also have their own place to screen out customer . So lost the review and name the provider , it is good for everyone .
...but cash & dash and ripoffs reviews are allowed.

I dont know what it is with all the providers no calling or no showing or canceling last min. However, i does seem that most of these post say the provider is "young" and like in the top 10..news flash the top 10 is not accurate...I have been in the biz for 8 years and can count the number of times i have needed to cancel and they where all due to illness.
Schedule as early as you like. For me i put the meeting on my schedule and re confirm 2 weeks before via email. And if schedule conflict comes up i move my schedule around to make it work for all. And a back up plan, so if your first one comes through then you cancel on your back up plan and then she is pissed. ( no one wins)
This is just my input, but i know Myself and my girlfriends to play those games

Sorry you went thru that and hopefully you found a backup plan. Things do happen and I for one my reputation is important to me as I would not want anyone to cancel on me without showing or calling. And yes I do understand that things come up and I am a very understanding person. I don't put any one appt in front of the other based on $$$ or anything. Its first come first serve with me and I do my very best and a good job at honoring my appointments.
We just all have to do our best in respecting each others time. Feel free to reach out to me if ever in need. I am always willing and ready any time of day or night.

Puts a bad taste (pun intended) in the mouth of the individual who the situation arised to and therefore they will never refer or do business with that provider again...no matter how many times they go to Vegas each year.
