Tried to schedule with Charming Cara (through her scheduling person who seems nice)2-3 wks ago. Ran into some problems with slow response and unable to get together. Tried to reach via scheduler's phone # given - unable - received message "voice mailbox not setup" and call terminated. Received email 11 days later stating she was having problems with gmail, references verified; I'm to let her know for setting up future appointment. Sent email 4 days ago to setup new appointment, which is now only 48 hrs away. No response yet. Should I try to call different phone # listed in TER review or is this improper since she has a scheduler? Should I just try to email her again and take a chance of missing out again? I've avoided contacting other providers so far to prevent conflict. Your opinion & help would be greatly appreciated!

I also had a bad experience with Cara's scheduler.  The communication is intermittent and not clear.  Lots of excuses about email problems.  Finally I booked a same day appt with another lady, who happened to know Cara well.  She proceeded to call Cara and schedule me with her for the next evening.  Cara then canceled the next day.

A day later I get an email from Cara's scheduler criticizing me for sharing my dilemna with the other lady.  Cara has to be missing out on a bunch of appts because of her scheduler.

My advice, always have a back-up plan.

OK, now that I'm past that, I've heard that it's pretty common with her.  Even with that, I tried (again) recently to see her and had schedule conflicts that couldn't get worked out.  That's the closest I've gotten in 3 tries.

I don't normally even try that much, but I've met her and she is gorgeous.  It seems, however, that she's aware of that fact.

You should do what makes you feel comfortable.  As for me, I'm pretty much done.

I was able to contact her today.
I will let her know about this thread.

Im so sorry about booking problems and I have had it with Mindy!  Not to be rude or anything. I meet with clients and they say its so hard to set things up and she really screws things up, dates, times...Everything!   Please understand that this has never been and issue and im very sorry. Mindy did a great job at first then....idk ....Blam it on being lazy.

The only reason why I had a booker was to help me with the mass over flow of e mails and phone calls. If you do try and call the 441 # located on my TER Profile its always busy and you cant get thru...At all.
I have a new number and answer as I can. I have also yet to set up my VM :/ I will do this since its an issue.

Now you can e mail me with ease since you wil be dealing with me and not a booker.

Update - her scheduler just contacted me to confirm apptment! Thanks for the input all!!! Hopefully things will work out!

I visit Vegas 3 times a year and tried desperately to get together with you last year, unfortunately I gave up.

I will be back in October and vow to try again.

I'd imagine many of your clients are just visiting Vegas and may have a limited opportunity to schedule some fun during their trip.  You'll save yourself a lot of time and effort if you post a schedule of your availability.  That's the first thing I want to know, and I don't want to fill out a verification form until I know that.

The lovely and talented Tasha Vegas also has been known to book for quite a few well-known TER ladies in the past. Should the booking/screening task get a little too overwhelming for you, you might want to try her and see how it works out.
