Question(s) about off the Strip resorts. condos, etc.

I'm seeing more and more of these properties featured on the booking websites, and I'm getting interested.  Any issues or problems with them I'm not aware of?  Any ladies reluctant to to visit them for whatever reason? BTW, my interest is mainly caused by the new fees on top of fees and the overall craziness of the strip and downtown properties that just aren't as much fun for me as they used to be...  Thanks!

I go to hotels,condos,and timeshares off of the strip..

I don't have a problem.More space than a regular hotel room if it is a timeshare or condo.
Quite a few gents I see prefer off the strip hotels due to the fees and the traffic of the strip:)

I am not reluctant At All to visit..

...off the strip properties.  
You're right it is nice to sometimes avoid the craziness of the strip.

....more room for you and I to be crazy together ;)
