What is something fun, different, lively, interesting, etc. to do in Las Vegas?

If you recommend dinner, please be specific. LOL  (But, I can figure that one out by myself.)

Zip lining... Fremont or the Rio
Bingo or gambling  
A couples massage  
Indoor go cart racing

ere are a few ideas... things I've enjoyed, as well as things I'd like to experience:

-Taking a stroll down Fremont Street
-Spending time together at a spa -- I specifically love the spas at Aria because of the co-ed pool  
-Helicopter tours of Las Vegas
-Checking out the Red Rock Canyon area
-Checking out the Mob Museum... literally a museum on organized crime
-Visiting the Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay

 
I've enjoyed the first three suggestions I provided... haven't yet done the latter three.
