planning a trip in early summer to vagas, have been there several time stayed at ballys and mirage hotels. this time looking for a lazie river pool. only two i see are mgm and monte carlo. rates are musch better at monte carlo, any one recommende this casino and how are their rooms.

pool area at Monte Carlo is small wave pool sucks ... lazy river ride is usually packed ... but the current moves well ... The best lazy ride may be at Mandalay Bay which does have the BEST wave pool bar none ......

Monte Carlo is a value play.  Relatively low cost compare to MBay or MGM.  If you are looking for a nice pool, go to MBay.

Yes, Mandalay Bay is awesome, everything about it rocks, love that hotel. The Monte Carlo rooms are nice and rates are much better than MGM grand, but MGM is great also.

the monte carlo is great-they have a brewery and their wheat beer is great. you also can take the tram train to the bellagio.
