Newbie Questions about providers

I am making my first encounter with an escort in Las Vegas, May 2003. Which one is yet to be determined.  I want to know if there is a general preference for independents over agency types.  Also, how much risk is there for acquiring STD's in the process.  ALso, is there any hassle from security when you meet them and take them with you to the room.  I will be staying at the Tropicana if you guys can give me a heads up about that place as well.

First thing, I suggest you read the Newbie Board here on TER, it will help with a lot of your questions about the risks of LE and STDs in this hobby. Also you can ask questions that may seem naive and not feel bad about it :)

In Vegas it is highly suggested that you pick an independent provider, unless you prefer to pay three times the going rate and still only get a no touch dance. Go through the reviews or talk to the people on this board and find an independent lady that is well reviewed and fits your tastes. There are some very nice ladies in Vegas, alot of them post here.

I have never had a problem with security at the hotels personally. The ladies are much better informed on what casinos that give them problems, just check with her when you talk to her. Some of the ladies prefer to meet in a bar in the casino first, this completely eliminates all security hassles as you will both go up to the room together.

Yes, Michael offered up some excellent advice. I might add that your post reminds me of my first experience in the hobby which was also in Las Vegas at the Tropicana (a no-hassle hotel, BTW). I saw Angel and couldn't imagine a better time as a "newbie". If she isn't on your short list, I suggest you check her out before you make the final decision.

But just to reinforce 1 point:  STAY AWAY FROM LAS VEGAS AGENCIES!!

One other point:  You'll find a number of girls working the bars at Trop, and most other Strip hotels.  Many of these girls are the same agency girls trying to fill in between calls from the agency.  In the past (pre-TER days)I have had some bad experiences with them.  About a year ago I was in Vegas and a girl had cancelled on me at the last minute.  Feeling frisky, I went down to the bar and was immediately accosted by a working girl.  Taking a chance, I told her exactly what I wanted her to fdo and exactly how much I was willing to pay, and exactly how much time I expected her to stay.  She agreed, and I actually had a good time, in fact better than I anticipated.  But still, Caveat Emptor.  Let the buter beware!

The best people for a COMPLETELY (or as complete as possible) safe experience (as well as a great time) include Brie or Cindy Spice.  They won't lead you astray.
