The therapists who work in these spas spent a lot of time and money on school and would never risk their license and reputation to do the things you suggest.
You may ask for make or female but at the first hint of inappropriate behavior you will be ask to leave, no refnds.
What you can expect is a well qualified, trained professional who give give you theraputic bodywork.

Why not ask a provider to accompany you to the spa as a guest? Or meet you afterwards?

That way you can have your happy ending. But it won't happen with one of these attendants.

They are AMAZING massages though...  Enjoy!
