Are there only providers hanging out in the bars?  Can you find women there that are just looking to have a good time?

Any tourist looking for a quick fling can be found almost anywhere.  I had a friend fly in once and stay at the MGM and hooked up with some latin hottie from NYC who he met at one of the casino bars.  Sure, they exist, but it's like any other meat market in that you have to click to make the magic work.  Of course, you do have to weed out the bar girls who happen to be working at the same time.
