i had something happen to me and i just havne't been able to get over it. my friends are all bugging me to talk to someone about it but i don't want to go to someone that's just going to blame everything on the hobby plus opening up to a civie would be really hard. i have other provider friends but definitely looking for someone professional for this

I have a Monday ritual that I try to stick to. Sometimes it's pushed to Tuesday... But.. I take myself to the spa. I relax in the hot tub. Sweat in the steam room.. If I feel up to it I do a half an hour on the elliptical. I use this time to take anything negative that happened to me the previous week and get it the heck out of me.
