I posted this a few threads down but in case you didn't see it- I thought you might find it helpful... I did want to add that contact forms have become the standard form of appointment requests as it the easiest way to include all the necessary date information (when, where, how long you'd like to spend together, screening info etc) which makes it easier on our end to keep all your information in one place and you can submit it at any time (instead of trying to catch a provider over the phone or going back and forth over a series of emails). Many providers have SSL secured forms but if you really concerned about sending that information online I am sure that many girls would accept your personal information via a TER PM or even over the phone if you can schedule a mutually convenient time to connect that way... .  

Back to the topic of employment screening/and newbies..... Each girl has her own willingness to see newbies and her own methods of employment screening.
