Couples means you and your female partner are hiring an escort. In the above case she would charge $1000 per hour to see you with your wife/girlfriend. A duo appointment means you are hiring 2 escorts. Typically you pay each escort her rate unless she is offering a discount for her and her friend. I offer a lunch time duo special that is slightly lower than if you paid each of us our full price, but the total is still going to be more than it would be if you just hired 1 lady. So if the above lady charges $1500 for 2 hours and she brings a friend that also charges $1500 for 2 hours then your total would be $3000 for 2 hours.
