I’ll be coming to Vegas for MAGIC in August.
I will be looking for several providers from dinner dates to all-niters.
When should I start making reservations??

For most of them the sooner the better.  There are some who like to wait till closer, but in my mind it never hurts to be early.

I think it's always best to begin making contacts / reservations well in advance...especially when you're planning  all-evening or all-niters.
