Whats the deal with massage parlors in vegas? Of all of the places I have been in chinatown, I have never gotten full service, and yet everyplace in henderson I go to I am offered FS? New rules were passed recently and just went into effect. AMPs can only be open 8am - 10pm, restrictions on what the masseuse can wear and even restrictions on having tinted glass on the exterior of the establishment. I think they are a bit more leary right now, as there are inspections going on related to these new rules. Hopefully, as time passes, things will get back to normal.

Is this for real? I'm having a hard time believing that all the AMP in Hend close at 10pm...?
"It bans the use of tinted glass on exterior windows and states that employees must wear clothing that “fully cover from a point, not to exceed four inches about the center of the kneecap to the base of the neck.”
The ordinance stipulates that clothing worn by employees cannot be transparent and must cover the genitals, buttocks and breasts. It restricts hours of operation for massage parlors from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m."
