Nothing much to go on without links, but the LV rule of thumb is if there are no reviews, keep looking.  That rule is extra important when large blocks of tourists are in town, like for CES.

Those are really a couple of the biggest conventions in Vegas,and they run concurently, the Las Vegas population almost doubles with the tourists in town for these conventions.
That is also the time that the ripoffs and scams run rampant.  I assume it is because those with none too good intent figure business people and attendees aren't going to make too much noise about being ripped off, and will go back to wherever they live not to not return until next year, so they can get away with their deeds...

CES/AVN(internext) is not the best time to take one for the team.  You would do better to stick with well reviewed ladies.
