What is the parking access/fees and check in distance from parking lot like at the Luxor casino/hotel. Please help me out.

I fully recommend VALET for Luxor. It's not a convenient walk from parking to check-in.
Also, valet is still free there for guests, just be sure to hit the valet kid with a few dollars.

 
If you're traveling light you can totally do the walk from parking but if you have even two bags just valet and have the bellman get your things if it's more than you can manage in one trip or your items are bulky.

 
For the parking fee in the lot I'm not sure.
Trust me - just valet. The time you will wait for your car when you need it is comparable to the time it will take to trek to it.

Luxor charges valet fees, even for guests.  The fees are automatically charged to your room.  You have to be MLife Gold or higher to get comped valet service.  I'm MLife Pearl, so I only get free self-parking.

Although, I do agree about using the valet for check-in, since the walking distance from the self-parking lot is rather far.
