I think it's just like strip clubs...younger dudes can be all over the place and older guys might be easier to deal with in several ways.
I started as a young guy hobbying in the late 90s and sometimes you ran into ladies who wouldn't see anyone under 30. That might be an expectation thing if the provider doesn't have the perfect 20 year old spinner body...or it could be a preference to stay away from the younger guys with specific younger guy probs...usually not as much money and wanting to fit in 4 pops in an hour. My record was 2 pops but now you really have to knock my socks off to hit that record again.
Young providers can be hot but crazy flakey and older providers can also be hot and just be crazy but both are adventurous in their own way =)
I think if people are just cool and no one tries stupid things to take advantage of the other in some way, everyone walks away happy.
