I'm looking for a provider that has an incall location and is available late throughout the night (anytime after 7PM-8PM).

Can anyone suggest anything?

Late is not defined as 7pm in a 24 hour city.  Most any lady will be available until several hours past that.  Just pick your favorite, and call.
